Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern any booking of tourism services made with our travel agency, hereinafter referred to as "the Agency". Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Formation of contract

The travel contract is concluded upon receipt of the deposit payment and written confirmation from the Agency. Any subsequent modification must be accepted in writing by both parties.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are expressed in Tunisian dinars or euros depending on the destination. A deposit of 30% is required at booking, with the balance due no later than 30 days before departure. After this deadline, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking.

4. Modifications and cancellations by the client

Any request for modification or cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Agency. Cancellation fees are as follows: more than 30 days before departure: 20% of the total price; between 15 and 30 days: 50%; less than 15 days or no-show: 100%.

5. Agency liability

The Agency acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (airlines, hotels, carriers). Its liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable events or faults of the providers.

6. Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to take out cancellation and repatriation assistance insurance. The Agency can offer suitable insurance contracts at the time of booking.

7. Travel documents

The client is solely responsible for the validity of their travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates). The Agency accepts no liability in the event of refusal of boarding or entry to a country due to missing or invalid documents.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Tunis shall have sole jurisdiction, in accordance with Tunisian law in force.
